K-Style Gutter & Accessories

K-Style is the most common gutter profile. It was designed to correct the problems of the Half Round gutter systems. The bend in the front of the gutter was designed to be similar to the "OGEE" style of moulding. This kept the water from entering the gutter on one side and splashing out of the other side (spooning). Some still use the OGEE term to describe this gutter.
