Report To: Manufacturing Supervisor.
Base at: Seamless Gutter Supply- Gaithersburg Branch.
Job Purpose: To Fabricate downspout, Elbows, Shingle Stripper from raw materials for resale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and staple boxes for manufactured materials
2. Fabrication of downspout and elbows in appropriate size and colors as
directed by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
3. Packing manufactured items in appropriate boxes.
4. Appropriate labeling of boxes manufactured materials.
5. Restock manufactured items to warehouse.
6. Assist with loading delivery trucks as directed by Manufacturing Supervisor.
7. Assist with receiving materials from vendors as directed by Manufacturing Supervisor.
8. Fabrication and assembly of the Shingle Stripper.
9. Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health, safety and quality management.
10.Routine maintenance and cleaning of downspout/elbows machinery, punch press, drill press, compressor and
surrounding areas.
11.Maintain the appropriate paper work required.
Specific Job Skills:
1.Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
2.Must be physically able to climb ladders. (Not Afraid Of Heights)
3.Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
4.Must be able to understand, speak and write English Proficiently.
5.Forklift Certification (Seamless Gutter Supply will provide training).
Personality:
Reliable and responsible. Able to take direction but is self reliant.
Must get along with others and be a team-player.
