Report To: Manager for Customer
and or Branch Manager.
Base at:
Seamless Gutter Supply- Gaithersburg, Crofton or Manassas Location.
Job Purpose: To provide a contact between Seamless
Gutter Supply and their Customer for information, orders and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and forwarding phone calls to the appropriate
departments.
2. Processing customer orders for delivery and pick up at branch
locations.
3. Develop product knowledge necessary to process orders and answer
customer's questions.
4. Maintain showroom supplies at desired stock levels
5. Maintain showroom displays for completeness and cleanliness.
6. Monthly inventory of showroom supplies.
7. Notify Purchase Department of any low stock levels.
8. Assist Marketing Department with mailings and promotions.
9. Assist Office Staff with billing, scanning, copying and mailing.
Specific Job Skills:
1.Must be Proficient with computer skills. Adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later. Knowledge of Excel, Word and Access a Plus.
2.Must be an excellent face to face and telephone communicator.
3.Must be able to speak and write English proficiently.
4.Must be able to lift 10 pounds of weight.
5.physically able to climb ladders ( Not Afraid Of Heights).
Personality: Friendly, out going personality,
Mature, Competent, reliable and responsible. Must be able to multitask.
Able to take direction but also able to be self reliant. Must be able to
get along with others and be a team-player.
